One of the most common comments I hear from long time students who have practiced and studied with me and of the evolution of my teaching, even when/if they also regularly attend other classes/traditions of study is "Wow Sanieh, I've gotten so much stronger from your classes!" ... Guys and Dolls alike :)
I adore teaching this as an extended class/workshop (this is the 3rd to date) as the goal for *me* is that everybody leaves with at least one kriya that 'takes them there'!
Only when we can access this part of our strength, heat, sense of self... can we take the leap to the next step!
